We will not perform treatment that causes pain or stress. Clients are advised to inform us about allergies, sensitivity, medical or anything else we should know.

Please keep your dog on a leash - For your pet’s safety, bring your dog in and out of the salon on a leash. This will help ensure that your dog does not run out the door when another customer arrives and allows us to safely guide your dog to the grooming area.

We focus on quality and not quantity, so we approach each dog individually and devote as much time to him as he needs. In order for us to care for your dog safely and professionally, the grooming time is from one to three or more hours.

Puppy training is always performed on the puppy's first visit to the salon until is 7 months old. The service includes acquainting the puppy with the salon, tools and rules prevailing in it. If the puppy's coat is badly neglected, the groomer performs a standard haircut, with the price not being subject to the promotion.

Prices are not negotiable
